By playing Anthill Tide you agree to these terms. If you’re under 18, please read them with a parent or guardian. Players under 13 need a parent or guardian’s consent to save progress or use the shop (see the privacy policy).

Playing fair

• Pick a name that isn’t rude, hateful, or someone else’s real name. We may rename or remove accounts that break this.
• Don’t cheat, attack the game’s servers, or try to get coins or powers without paying.
• Be kind to other players.

Coins and powers

• Coins are sold in bundles (300, 500 or 1000) through Stripe, in US dollars. Prices are shown before you pay.
• Coins and powers are a licence to use them in the game. They have no cash value, can’t be exchanged for money, and can’t be transferred to another account.
• A power bought with coins works in 5 online matches: you switch it on once per match.
• For players under 13, every coin purchase is emailed to the parent or guardian, who approves and pays.
• We only sell specific powers. We never sell random rewards (no paid “loot boxes”).

Refunds

If you were charged by mistake, or a purchase didn’t arrive, email admin@gradaisle.com within 14 days and we’ll fix it or refund it. Parents: if your child bought coins without your permission, contact us and we’ll refund unused coins. Refunded coins (and powers bought with them) are removed from the account.

The game can change

We may change how the game works, including powers, prices and balance, to keep it fun and fair. If we ever shut the game down, we’ll give notice and refund coins bought in the last 30 days.

Your account

Keep your password private. You can delete your account any time (Friends → Your account). We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

No guarantees

The game is provided as it is. We work hard to keep it running, but it may sometimes be unavailable or have bugs. To the extent the law allows, our responsibility to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
